Android 4.1 Jelly Bean: a dozen or so of the biggest improvements
It appears that this round of mobile operating system updates will be incremental for all platforms involved.

Sergey Brin hopes to bring Google Glass to market in 2014

Google Drive: 10 million users served
Day two of Google I/O 2012 has started, and Big G just gave us an update on the success of its cloud storage solution. Google Drive's been accessed by over 10 million people, which comes out to about 1 million a week since its launch. Google announces offline editing for Docs, available later today
We're live at day two of I/O and the theme of this keynote is all about "Going Google." With this focus on Mountain View's various cloud-based apps, Clay Bavar, Director of Product Management for Google Apps, announced that Docs will now work offline for editing. Chrome tops 310 million users, almost 100% growth over last year
Last year at Google IO, the company was bragging that it had racked up 160 million Chrome users. Since then, that number has nearly doubled, with the company claiming 310 million active users. Those consumers download roughly 1TB of data per day and type about 60 billion words according to Mountain View's crack team of analysts. YouTube for Android 4.0 ends buffering on your favorite videos with precaching, adds remote

Google Earth 7.0 for Android brings new, super-detailed 3D maps for some cities

Chrome for Android now out of beta, available in Google Play for those with OS 4.0 and above
Not that all the previous Google news wasn’t enough – Nexus 7, Nexus Q, Jelly Bean – they’ve gone forth and shed the beta stamp from Chrome for Android. Everyone can officially download it now from Google Play, well only those with OS 4.0 and above. The version number is 18.0.1025123 and brings you similar features you would expect from the desktop browser.

Google Maps offline for Android is available today in version 6.9
Google showed off offline Google Maps at its event earlier this month, and now during I/O it's ready to turn the feature on. Google's Project Glass gets some more details
Google Glass has been one of the most anticipated and hyped projects to come out of Google in quite some time.
